JBL Woofer 127H-1, 127H-2 and 127H-3: 10″ Refoam Kit
Midwest Speaker is an authorized service center for JBL and we guarantee this kit to fit.  This kit comes with 3.2″ paper dust caps.  If you have the JBL 127H woofer, you will need 4.125″ paper dust caps.
This kit will fit the JBL cabinet models:  L80T, L80T3, XPL160A, 4410, 4410A and more.
Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed
to repair two (2) woofers:

2 Foam Surrounds (F10-3)
Shims For Centering the 2″ Voice Coils
Two 3.2″ Paper Dust Caps
1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (Dries Clear)
1 Bottle of Black Dust Cap Glue (To retain the original JBL look)
*It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims.  The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed.  JBL woofers have a very tight voice coil gap which leaves little room for error.  If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing. Also, be careful when cutting off the old dust cap, so you do not cut through the cone.
A – Outside diameter of the surround = 9.5″
B – Roll ends = 9″
C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 7.625″
D – Inside diameter of the surround = 7.125″
